এনসিপির আহবায়ক নাহিদ ইসলাম তার এক ফেসবুক পোস্টে লিখেছেন, জুলাইয়ের পরাজিত ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তি দেশে-বিদেশে আবারও মাথাচাড়া দিয়ে ওঠার অপচেষ্টা চালাচ্ছে। দেশের অভ্যন্তরে এবং বিদেশি মদদে তারা জুলাই বিপ্লবের সঙ্গে সম্পৃক্ত ব্যক্তিদের পরিকল্পিতভাবে হেনস্থা, নিপীড়ন ও ভয়ভীতি প্রদর্শনের পথ বেছে নিয়েছে।
তিনি আরও লিখেন, এর মধ্য দিয়ে আবারও আওয়ামী সন্ত্রাসী রাজনীতির নির্মম, সহিংস ও পাশবিক চরিত্র জাতির সামনে উন্মোচিত হয়েছে। হিংস্রতা ও নিষ্ঠুরতায় তারা সভ্যতার সব সীমা অতিক্রম করেছে।
আরও উদ্বেগজনক বিষয় হলো, ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তির এই বর্বরতায় উল্লাস প্রকাশ করতে দেখা গেছে এমন কিছু কুশীলবকে, যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে আওয়ামী লীগের পক্ষে জনমত গঠনে সক্রিয়। গত সতেরো বছরে তারা হাসিনার গুম, খুন এবং বিরোধী দলের ওপর চালানো নির্মম দমন -পীড়নের পক্ষে নির্লজ্জ সাফাই গেয়েছে।
তিনি উল্লেখ করেন যে, দেশ থেকে লুটপাট করে বিদেশে পাচার করা অর্থও এখন গণমাধ্যমে বিনিয়োগ করা হচ্ছে। ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তির প্রত্যক্ষ আর্থিক সহায়তায় ইতোমধ্যে বেশ কয়েকটি গণমাধ্যম তাদের কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে। এ বিষয়ে তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়কে স্পষ্ট জবাব দিতে হবে।
আদালতের নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকা সত্ত্বেও কিছু গণমাধ্যম সন্ত্রাসী গোষ্ঠীকে ঘিরে ধারাবাহিকভাবে সংবাদ প্রচার করছে এবং ফ্যাসিবাদীদের অপরাধকে লঘু করার ঘৃণ্য অপচেষ্টা চালাচ্ছে। আওয়ামী লীগের চিহ্নিত দালালচক্র এই অপতৎপরতায় সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন করছে।
আদালতের নির্দেশনার আলোকে গণমাধ্যমে ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তির প্রচার অবিলম্বে নিষিদ্ধ করতে হবে। যারা বিভিন্নভাবে ফ্যাসিবাদীদের পক্ষে জনসমর্থন ও সম্মতি তৈরির চেষ্টা করছে, সেই তথাকথিত সুশীল ও দালালচক্রকেও জবাবদিহি ও বিচারের আওতায় আনতে হবে।
পতিত সন্ত্রাসীগোষ্ঠীর দুঃসাহসের দায় সরকার এড়াতে পারে না। নির্বাচনের পর জুলাই গণহত্যাসহ অন্যান্য গণহত্যায় অভিযুক্ত নেতাদের একের পর এক মুক্তি দেওয়া হয়েছে, বিচারপ্রক্রিয়াকে গুরুত্বহীন করা হয়েছে এবং সন্ত্রাসীদের প্রতি একধরনের প্রশ্রয় দেওয়া হয়েছে। এর ফলেই তারা পুনরায় সংগঠিত হওয়ার সুযোগ পাচ্ছে।
জুলাই গণহত্যাসহ সব ধরনের রাজনৈতিক নিপীড়ন ও সহিংসতায় জড়িতদের বিচারের আওতায় আনতে হবে। একই সঙ্গে গণহত্যা ও সন্ত্রাসে সম্পৃক্ত সংগঠন হিসেবে আওয়ামী লীগের বিচারও অবিলম্বে শুরু করতে হবে।
প্রিয় দেশবাসীর প্রতি আমাদের উদাত্ত আহ্বান, দেশে ও বিদেশে সক্রিয় আওয়ামী ফ্যাসিবাদী শক্তিকে সর্বাত্মকভাবে প্রতিরোধ করুন।
আমাদের গণতন্ত্র, স্বাধীনতা-সার্বভৌমত্ব ও মানবিক মর্যাদাকে সমুন্নত রাখার এই সংগ্রামে সবাইকে ঐক্যবদ্ধ থাকতে হবে।
Resisting Fascism: A Call for Justice and National Unity
The defeated fascist forces are once again attempting to re-emerge. Operating through domestic coordination and foreign backing, they have launched a deliberate campaign of harassment, persecution, and intimidation against the architects and supporters of the July Revolution.
These actions have once again exposed the violent, brutal, and lawless nature of Awami violence to the nation, crossing every boundary of civilized political conduct.
Equally alarming is the complicity of certain public figures and influencers who historically shaped public opinion in favor of the fascist regime. For nearly two decades, these actors shamelessly defended thousands of enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and the ruthless repression of dissenting voices. Today, they openly celebrate renewed acts of barbarity.
Furthermore, hundreds of billions of dollars plundered from the state are being reinvested into media platforms. Backed by these fascist financial networks, several outlets have already commenced operations to distort the truth. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting must provide an immediate and transparent explanation regarding this matter.
Despite explicit judicial restrictions, certain domestic media platforms continue to broadcast content that rehabilitates terrorist factions and whitewashes fascist crimes. These efforts are often driven by known enablers who previously defended the crimes against humanity committed under the fascist Hasina regime.
In accordance with court directives, all media promotion of these defeated fascist forces must be banned immediately. Furthermore, the civil society actors and collaborators attempting to manufacture public sympathy for the fascist regime must be held accountable under the law.
The government cannot evade responsibility for the growing audacity of this fallen network. The post election period has seen the gradual release of individuals accused of committing the July massacres, a weakening of the judicial process, and a culture of appeasement. This lack of accountability has allowed fascist elements to be reenergized.
We demand that every individual involved in the July massacres, as well as political violence during hasina tenure, be brought to justice. Concurrently, formal legal proceedings against the Awami League as an organization deeply implicated in state sponsored violence and mass atrocities must begin without delay.
We call upon the citizens of Bangladesh, both at home and abroad, to resolutely resist the these fascist forces.
To safeguard our democracy, independence, sovereignty, and human dignity, we must stand united, vigilant, and unyielding in this struggle.
